What do you actually collect?
A first name, a phone number, a date, a time and a headcount when you book. If you email, your address and whatever you wrote. That is the entire list.
Why do you need it?
To hold a table and to ring you if the kitchen has a problem. It is not used for marketing, and we do not run a mailing list.
How long is it kept?
Booking notes are wiped at the end of the following month. Email threads go after twelve months. Bar and tax records are kept seven years because the law says so.
Who else sees it?
Our website host and our accountant, both under confidentiality obligations. Nothing is sold, traded or shared with anyone else.
Can I get it back or have it deleted?
Yes to both. Ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it where no law requires us to keep it, and we will do it within thirty days.
What if you get it wrong?
Complain to us first and we will look at it properly. If that does not settle it, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner takes complaints about privacy handling.
What the site itself does
- There is no sign-up, no login, no balance and no game history, because no game happens on this site.
- Visit counts are collected in aggregate only and never tied to an individual.
- No advertising network, tracking pixel or social embed runs on any page here.
- Nothing is bought or paid for online; bookings are made on the phone or by email.
